{ Cameron ~ 1 Year Session }

I met little Miss Cameron and family in Downtown Waxahachie Saturday morning for her 1 Year Old Session...and what a cutie-patootie! I have the best and most beautiful little clients, and I'm sooo happy with these great story-telling images ~ the first is my favorite so far ~ Happy Birthday!!!

{ Precocious Princess }

As I was editing images from our dress-up session with my neices...I ran across these and just had to share! I absolutely can't believe how much my little Emma has grown; she looks like such a veteran...ok, 'veteran' poser :) I know I'm biased, but what a beautiful little lady she is...I love you Emma Claire!

{ Little Relations }

My brother and family took a break from Navy life to make the looooong drive from Chicago to spend some time with the fam...YEA! We haven't gotten to see each other in over 2 years, and it was long overdue; especially since I had YET to meet this little beauty! SO...Introducing...Isabel; in all her wonderful and adorable squishiness...and those eyes! I melt for babies with eyes like that...:)

And if the spirit moves you, leave some blog love...tell me where you're from and what you think!

And here's a parting shot of the 3 tomboy-princesses...more to come! (Emma ~ McKinzey ~ Amber)

{ Faces of...Little People }

In my "Faces of..." series this week, it's faces of my recently completed sessions with little people. Of all subjects, I LOVE photographing children and babies the most. They are such wonderful and fascinating creations...and always give me moments that make me say...Awwwwww...:)

Saturday morning we had the honor to shoot the Rayburn-McKenzie Wedding at Fellowship Church in Grapevine...this couple is fun, sweet and has a wonderful testimony! This isn't the 'official preview'...their slideshow is in the works, but I thought they deserved a couple of sneek peaks...and special thanks goes to Kelly Roy ;)

~ Small Windows of Opportunity... ~

If you've been thinking about scheduling a session...stop thinking! I have 2 VERY small windows (openings) for sessions due to cancellations: Saturday, August 15-Early Morning AND Saturday, August 22-Early Evening
Here are the requirements:
BOTH slots are for a Waxahachie location only.
BOTH slots are for a Child Session or a Small Family/Couple Session...Etc.
Because of time constraints, large families/groups are not elligible for these openings!
September & October are almost completely booked...November & December aren't open for scheduling yet...so don't wait...the first to email me wins the spot(s)!

{ Catching up...and Eli }

Just wanted to say a quick note to the couple of clients waiting for final images; thank you SO very much for your patience and understanding! I'm trying to catch up and this pregnancy thing has really sucked it out of me, but at 4 months, I'm praying desperately for that second wind...

OK - so now on with my previews of the boys. Little Eli ~ this session was so exciting for me because he is the youngest newborn I've had to date at 9 days old...and I LOVED IT! He is exactly why I stress that it is important to have Newborn Sessions when little ones are less than 2 weeks. They sleep better ~ They bend/position better ~ plus since they are so tiny...they fit great with all of those props! Here are just a few of the beautiful Eli...

{ Jacob }

Mr Jacob came to see me for his one year session at one of my very favorite places to shoot - Lakeside Park. AND...the lake is actually a lake again after months of construction..just in time for Fall sessions; I'm SO excited! This little guy started walking about a month or so ago, and whew...I can tell cause I'm still pooped! :) The first is my Jabob fav...it reminds me of the old Weeble Wabble commercial..."They weeble, they wabble, but they don't fall down..." Too cute!
